The Enneagram is Powerful
A visual makes it land.One-page illustrated maps that give your clients something to hold, highlight, and remember.
You do the coaching. The map makes sure it sticks. Designed by a researcher who understands how the brain learns – and an engineer who figured out how to put one in every coach’s hands.
Used by Enneagram coaches for individual sessions, team facilitation, and organizational work — wherever clarity matters.
Why Visuals Work
There’s a reason your client’s eyes glaze over somewhere around concept three of four.
The Enneagram is a rich framework. That’s what makes it powerful – and what makes it genuinely hard to absorb. Whether your client came in through an assessment, a narrative interview, or a conversation, there’s a lot for them to hold; nine types, three centers, wings, lines, subtypes, instincts, and the relationships between all of it.
That’s not a focus problem. There’s a limit to how much abstract information the brain can take in at once – and the Enneagram, in all its depth, hits that limit fast. A well-designed visual doesn’t simplify the framework. It organizes it. Your client stops trying to remember and starts actually seeing. The overwhelmed client becomes curious. They lean in.
The visual doesn’t do the coaching. It makes sure the coaching lands.

Stephanie Sundborg
RESEARCHER · COACH

Julie Ellis
ENGINEER · BUILDER
Stephanie and Julie met as fellow visual thinkers and discovered that the Enneagram tools coaches actually needed didn’t exist yet. Stephanie brought decades of research in cognitive neuroscience and a background building implementation tools for complex frameworks. Julie brought 30+ years of engineering and the instinct to ask: “I could annotate those – someone could plug in a few data points and get a map automagically.”
That was the beginning of Infinite Canvas.
